On 28/12/2009 the center held a ceremony for the grand opening of Zheen building as the new center in Baranan neighborhood by the former governor of Sulaymaniyah governorate, Dana Ahmad Majid. It worth mentioning that the center was in rent houses in Ashty, Shahidany Sarchnar, Girdy Andazyaran neighborhoods before moving to this new building.
