Restoration of Manuscripts and Old Books

Zheen Center has its own restoration laboratory with well-trained staff and required equipment.

Because of poor handling and their poor storage methods, old books and manuscripts were subject to be damaged. So after acquiring such an old valuable material, it will be sent directly to the Restoration Laboratory for repairing, to renew and extend their life. Afterwards they will be sent to bookbinding and preparing a metadata for them. All the manuscripts in the center have been scanned.
